Notes on Ordering
Signed books
When you order from this website, most books can be signed by the author at no extra cost, although this may cause a slight delay in getting it to you. We aim to have all books delivered within 28 days although it is usually sooner. (this does not apply to pre-orders - see below). Your book will be dedicated to the person named on the PayPal account unless we are advised otherwise. You can email us with specific instructions or requests.
Pre-orders
We offer a special pre-ordering service on all books not yet published. This helps to get the book published, and as a thank you we will list your name at the back of the book. The release date for each book is clearly stated underneath the description.
Delivery Times
If a book is in stock we aim to get it to you (signed) within 28 days. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us.
Ordering by post
Using our webshop is simple and secure, and you do not need to have a PayPal account - if you have a credit or debit card that's fine.
If you wish to order by post please go to the contact page for further information.
Refunds
If you are ordering a book that is yet to be published, you can request a refund at any time before the book is despatched. If for any reason publication is cancelled, your payment will be refunded automatically. This does not affect your statutory rights.
